Test Procedure
Carefully read the reagent instruction before using the test kit and strictly operate according to the instruction to ensure reliable results.Bring test device, buffer and specimens were restored to room temperature 15-30℃ (59-86℉).
1. Take out the test device from sealed foil pouch and place on a dry, clean
and level surface.
2.Testing
（1）Serum/Plasma
Holding the sample dropper above the test device and add 1 drop (about 30μl) of sample and 1 drop (about 45μl) of buffer solution respectively into the specimen well (S).
（2）Whole Blood
Holding the sample dropper above the test device and add 2 drops (about 60μl) of whole blood and 2 drops (about 90μl) of buffer solution respectively into the specimen well (S).
3.Test Results
Start the timer. Wait for the colored line(s) to appear. Read results at 15 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 20 minutes.
