Test principle
The test device is mainly composed with the FSH antibody 1 and goat-anti-mouse IgG on the nitrocellulose membrane and colloidal gold labeled FSH antibody 2 on the polyester fiber membrane. The target FSH in urine can be specifically measured in the sandwich model by the lateral flow strip. In the presence of FSH, it will firstly bind with colloidal gold labeled antibody 2 and further be captured by the antibody 1 on the nitrocellulose membrane, forming the test line (T) for the evaluation the function of ovary. The colloidal gold will be further captured by the goat-anti-mouse antibody on nitrocellulose membrane, forming the control line (C). The absence of a control line

Test Procedure
Carefully read the reagent instruction before using the test kit and strictly operate according to the instruction to ensure reliable results.Bring test device and specimens were restored to room temperature 15-30℃（59-86℉）.
Please keep the temperature at 15-30 ℃ and the humidity at 20%-80% during the whole test.
1. Remove the testing device from the sealed pouch by tearing at the notch.Then place the testing device on leveled surface.
